Registration process

Registration is a two-step process, consisting of an application (possible with or without abstract submission), followed by the registration upon positive selection by the conference chairs. 

Please note that there are only 200 seats available for attendees of the BonnBrain Conference 2026, so we recommend submitting your application early. Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis until all the seats are filled.

1. Application:

Submit an application to attend the meeting. Please indicate your career stage in the application, and pay attention to correctly stating your affiliation. 

If you want to submit an abstract, please do so in this step (see abstract guidelines). During the application, you should also indicate whether you would like to be considered for a talk in the symposia sessions and/or the young investigator symposium (see presentation formats). Later editing of the abstract will not be possible. There is no application or abstract submission fee. Conference fees need to be paid upon registration (step 2).

After submission of your application, you will receive a confirmation email containing your application number (sender will be noreply -at- eveeno.com). Please note that registration will only be possible after positive selection. If the conference chairs accept your application, you will be notified via email with a link to the registration site.

2. Registration:

Please complete your registration after successful selection. To this end, follow the personalized link in the confirmation email to finalize your registration and pay the conference fees. You will need your application number for this step. Once you have completed the registration process and paid the conference fees, you will receive a confirmation email containing your conference ticket (sender will be noreply -at- eveeno.com).
