All abstract submissions will be considered for a poster presentation. From the submitted abstracts, the conference chairs will select presentations for short talks. There are two types of selected talks (in both cases 10 min talk + 5 min discussion). Please indicate in your application whether you would like to be considered for these talks (you can indicate your interest in only one or both sessions):
- Poster in the poster sessions (March 24th/25th): Selected presenters will contribute a poster. Posters can be presented by scientists at any career stage.
- Talks in the symposia sessions (March 24th/25th): Selected presenters will NOT contribute a poster in addition to this talk. These talks can be given by scientists at any career stage.
- Talks in the Young Investigator Symposium (March 23rd): These talks are restricted to scientists in early career stages (students and postdocs). Selected presenters will also contribute a poster to one of the poster sessions on March 24th/25th.
Furthermore, the conference chairs will select a small number of abstracts for a “Posterblitz” presentation after the Opening Keynote on March 23rd. This format will allow presenters to advertise their poster to the conference audience in a “one slide, two minutes” format.
Selected presenters for talks and the Posterblitz session will be notified before January 15th, 2026.
